As 2026 begins to wind down, we’ve been reflecting on what a year it has been and, more importantly, the people who made it such a special one.
We’re incredibly grateful for our team, our clients, our trade partners and the South Bay community we’ve been lucky enough to call home for so many years. Remodeling is a people business, and after 40 years in South Bay construction, the relationships we build along the way are still one of our favorite parts of what we do.
Our Team
Our team has gone above and beyond this year, working across more than 20 South Bay remodel projects and navigating all of the little challenges that come with remodeling along the way.
We were also incredibly proud to have our work recognized with several awards in 2026, including three National Association of the Remodeling Industry awards, a Chrysalis Award and a Qualified Remodeler award. The recognition is exciting, of course, but what means the most is knowing how much thought, care and craftsmanship our team puts into every home.
As we look toward 2027, we already have some exciting South Bay construction projects underway and plenty more to come. We’re looking forward to sharing the progress with you, along with more workshops, events and opportunities to connect.

Our Trade Partners
Our trade partners are an extension of our team, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without them.
Some have worked alongside us for decades, while others are newer relationships, but each plays an important role in bringing our designs to life. From the tile and cabinetry to the paint, plumbing and appliances, there are a lot of people behind every finished home.
Having partners we trust to care about the details, stand behind their work and help us find solutions when something unexpected comes up makes all the difference. We’re very grateful for the talented people and businesses we get to work alongside every day, and proud to be part of such a strong South Bay construction community.

A remodel is about so much more than making a home look new.
You invite us into your home, trust us with a significant investment and allow us to become part of your everyday life for months, and sometimes years. We never take that lightly.
Some of our clients first met us at a workshop. Some came to us during a new chapter in their lives, ready to make their home feel like theirs again. Others have returned years later for another project as their families and needs have changed.

And somewhere along the way, many of those client relationships have turned into friendships.
There’s nothing better than hearing how you use your home after we leave. The kitchen where everyone now gathers. The room that finally works the way you always wanted it to. The house that feels more comfortable, more functional and more like you.
