A Hermosa Beach Walk Street Remodel

In the South Bay, making the most of every square foot is part of the design challenge. This Hermosa Beach walk street home had all the charm of a cozy beach bungalow, but needed smarter storage and spaces that could evolve with a growing family.

The kitchen was designed to maximize storage while working around existing structural conditions, including a beam we incorporated into the cabinetry design. An appliance garage keeps everyday essentials tucked away, while a custom arched display cabinet and patterned stone backsplash bring in personality and a little whimsy.

The primary bathroom is all about craftsmanship. Our skilled tradesmen brought an intricate marble design to life with vein-matched stone, integrated sinks and marble-framed mirrors. Warm brass fixtures and soft details balance the stone and keep the space feeling inviting rather than overly formal.

Midway through design, our clients shared some exciting news: they were expecting! The guest bathroom was reworked with their new baby in mind. Playful tile, vintage-inspired fixtures and a deep utility sink give this small bath plenty of charm and function.
