From Design to Build, One Team One Dream

At Custom Design & Construction, our work is built by a team of thoughtful, talented people who truly care about what they do and who they do it for. We’re excited to introduce the people behind the process with you.

As a design-build firm, our team is intentionally integrated. From the very beginning, Design and Production work together to create plans that are not only beautiful, but fully buildable.

Your project begins in our Discovery Phase, where you’ll meet with Beth Yuen, Director of Design, and Chelsea Cutler, Designer/General Manager, to talk through your goals, how you live in your home, and what’s possible. From there, our design team develops your space through floor plans and 3D renderings bringing clarity and direction to the vision.

Once the space plan is determined, we move to the Development Phase, our team prepares detailed construction documents and coordinates everything needed for approvals and permitting, setting the project up for a smooth transition into construction.

From there, your project moves into the Bring it to Life Phase, led by our Production Team. Chris Farkas, our Production Manager, oversees the bigger picture, while your dedicated Project Manager, Santos or Ryan, guides the day-to-day work on site. Our in-house field team brings the plans to life with care and craftsmanship, executing every detail with precision.

This collaboration between Design and Production is what allows us to deliver projects that feel just as good in real life as they did on paper.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have built this team over the past 40 years. It’s what allows us to continue growing, refining our process, and delivering homes our clients can truly fall in love with again.
